For example, there may be a couple of practices during which I have our group do an ‘alternative practice activity’. Basically, I want to be able to teach deeply to the older groups, without confusing or overwhelming our MahaSati 2024 group. Feel free to ask me clarifying questions at a 1:1 session before you sign up.

For All MahaSati Online Events:
- Definitely prioritize our 4 events this year in your 2026 calendar. Some of them have a lot more energetic impact when experienced live vs. on recording only.
- You need to be able to attend the entire event in order to participate live in any of these events. We don’t do the ‘arrive late/leave early’ strategy in MahaSati Training events. People are fully committed and fully participating during the entirely of our events, which creates a rich energetic field of practice together.
- Events will be mostly audio recorded for those unable to attend and for everyone to enjoy.
