MahaSati CSP (Group 1)

Two Weekend Retreats for 2024 Year 9 Curriculum MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
1. Saturday – Sunday April 13 – 14, 2024: 10am – 5pm PT both days
2. Saturday – Sunday November 9 – 10, 2024: 10am – 5pm PT both days

You must attend the entire weekend to participate in each of the retreats, and it is preferred that you engage it as a full retreat, not working or having external daily life engagements when possible. Recordings will be available for everyone in CSP, whether they attend the weekend or not. Obviously you will receive the most benefit if you attend.

MahaSati IN PERSON Retreat using Year 3 Curriculum: Wednesday June 5 – Wednesday June 12, 2024
In Los Angeles, CA
Registration happens January 3 – January 15, 2024
Cost: Between $1800 – $2200 for the entire weeklong retreat, including donation for teacher/manager/registrar
** This is the only In Person MahaSati Retreat scheduled for 2024 and 2025 years. There will be a few spots available for those in CSP.

MahaSati 2020 Training

Saturday, February 3 from 10:00am – 3:00pm PT – Introduction to Year 5 Curriculum
Emptiness, Clarity, Purity, Piti, Sukha and the Bodhisattva Ideal
Introduction to the Heart Sutta from a MahaSati Perspective
This event is part of Year 5 – Year 6 MahaSati Training, no separate donation is requested.

Optional: Deep Dive MahaSati 2020 Practice Weekend: Saturday February 3 – Sunday February 4, 2024
This event, only for those in the MahaSati 2020 Training group, has separate registration, which will open in December 2023. It is an opportunity to deepen into the MahaSati practices offered at the Saturday half day event. You must attend the entire weekend to participate in the retreat, and it is preferred that you engage it as a full retreat, not working or having external daily life engagements when possible.

All day Sunday February 4th – Concluding at 5pm Pacific Time

Optional: Deep Dive MahaSati and Body/Energy Practice Weekend: Friday May 3 – Sunday May 4, 2024
This event, only for those in the 3 MahaSati Training groups, has separate registration, which will open on March 27. It is an opportunity to come together as a larger group to deepen into the MahaSati practice offered at the Saturday morning event, and in addition deepen into the body/energy practices we have been working with in daily life for years. You must attend the entire weekend to participate in the retreat, and it is preferred that you engage it as a full retreat, not working or having external daily life engagements when possible.

Opening Event for MahaSati 2024 Training Group!

Saturday May 4th from 9:30am – 12:30pm PT – MahaSati 1st Four Doorways Transmission
** While optional, this is an important event for the energetic transmission of the MahaSati practice, please prioritize it in your scheduling. Some of the event will be recorded for your future use during the time of the MahaSati Training.
You may attend just this 3 hour online event (which is a part of the MahaSati Training you already made a donation for), or choose to attend the entire weekend retreat (see below).

Optional: Deep Dive MahaSati and Body/Energy Practice Weekend: Friday May 3 – Sunday May, 2024
This event, only for those in the 3 MahaSati Training groups, has separate registration, which will open on March 27. It is an opportunity to come together as a larger group to deepen into the MahaSati practice offered at the Saturday morning event, and in addition deepen into the body/energy practices we have been working with in daily life for the first season of MahaSati Training. You must attend the entire weekend to participate in the retreat, and it is preferred that you engage it as a full retreat, not working or having external daily life engagements when possible. Those in our Training who not participating in the retreat will join us for the 3 hour session on Saturday for the MahaSati practice transmission.

Cost: Between $550 – $1000 for the entire weeklong retreat, including donation for teacher/manager/registrar
** This is the only MahaSati Retreat scheduled for the MahaSati 2024 Training group this year, please make it a scheduling priority!
